Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tiny Garage, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms work alongside Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) — linked from Settings and on the App Store listing — which also governs your use of the app. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. About Tiny Garage

Tiny Garage: Diecast Scanner ("Tiny Garage") is a personal app for cataloguing your die-cast and toy car collection, operated by Simena Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. It lets you photograph a car to get a suggested identification, keep a record of each car you own or want, and export your collection. Tiny Garage does not sell cars or any physical product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any toy manufacturer or brand. Brand and model names you record belong to their owners.

3. Account Registration

You create an account using Sign in with Apple. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use Tiny Garage.

4. Subscription & Payments

Tiny Garage requires a subscription to add, edit, or scan cars — there is no free tier for building your collection. Viewing, exporting, and deleting the cars you already have never require a subscription. Purchases are billed through Apple In-App Purchase, and the exact price for each plan is shown in your local currency on the App Store subscription screen before you confirm a purchase.

• Weekly plan: billed once per week. First-time subscribers pay an introductory price for their first week ($0.99 in the United States; the price in your currency is shown on the purchase screen), after which the plan renews at the standard weekly price.
• Yearly plan: billed once per year. There is no introductory offer on the yearly plan. From time to time we may offer the yearly plan at a reduced price; if you subscribe at that price, it is the price you are charged each year the plan renews, and the purchase screen shows it before you confirm.
• Introductory pricing is available once per Apple ID and subscription group: if you have already used an introductory offer, the weekly plan starts at its standard price. The purchase screen always shows the exact terms that apply to you before you confirm.
• Both plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. If you don't cancel before an introductory period ends, the plan renews at its standard price and your payment method is charged.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your iOS Settings, under your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy — we do not process refunds directly.
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store.
• Restore Purchases is available on the paywall and in Settings, and reattaches your Apple ID's existing purchase to your account.

5. User Content

Your car records and photos are yours. Your collection is cached on your device for fast, offline browsing, and synced to our servers so it's there when you sign in on another device — see our Privacy Policy for what's stored and for how long. By using Tiny Garage, you grant us a limited licence only to store your car records and photos and display them to you, and to send a photo you scan to the identification feature (see §6).

You are responsible for the content you create. Do not use Tiny Garage to store or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights. You may delete any car at any time, and your entire account from Settings within the app (see §11).

6. Car Identification Feature

Tiny Garage's scan feature sends a photo of your car to an AI service, which suggests its details (such as brand, casting, series, and year). Suggestions are a best guess from the photo, may be wrong or incomplete, and are not a substitute for your own knowledge or judgment — you can check and edit every detail before you save the car, and at any time after while your subscription is active. Scans are subject to a daily limit (currently 20 scans per day) to keep the service sustainable for everyone.

7. Third-Party Content and Services

Tiny Garage integrates with the following third-party services:

• Apple: Sign in with Apple for authentication, and In-App Purchase for billing.
• OpenAI: powers the car identification feature (see §6 and our Privacy Policy §3).
• RevenueCat: subscription billing and entitlement management.
• Sentry: crash and error reporting, when enabled.

Each provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to those interactions. Tiny Garage does not display third-party advertising and does not sell user data.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Tiny Garage for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated means to access the service (bots, scrapers)
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Submit content designed to harm, harass, or threaten others
• Upload malicious content or code

9. Intellectual Property

Tiny Garage, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Simena Digital LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Tiny Garage without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Simena Digital LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tiny Garage
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or mistaken car-identification suggestions (see §6)
• Loss of collection data or photos due to device failure or user error
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Issues arising from third-party services integrated with Tiny Garage

Tiny Garage is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to Tiny Garage shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings within the app. Deletion is soft-applied immediately — your active session is ended and your Apple refresh token is revoked — and finalized after 30 days. During this 30-day grace window you may restore your account by signing in again with the same Apple ID. After 30 days, your account, cars, scan records, and uploaded photos are permanently and irreversibly deleted, apart from the limited deletion record described in our Privacy Policy §7.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to other users or the integrity of the service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Tiny Garage shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
